يمكنك الشراء المباشر من خلال متاجرنا – او يمكننا ان نشحن الجهاز اليك اينما كنت في اي مكان داخل مصر ونتعامل مع كل شركات الشحن المختلفة ويتحمل العميل مصاريف الشحن كاملة طبقا للتسعيرة التي تحددها شركات الشحن التي يفضل العميل التعامل معها.
وفي حالة الشحن نرسل للعميل صور الجهاز كاملة من كل اتجاه علي اي وسيلة يفضلها ثم اذا اعجبته حالة الجهاز يتصل ويؤكد الشحن فنسلم الجهاز لشركة الشحن في نفس اليوم ان امكن ويصل الجهاز للعميل في مدة اقصاها من 2 الي 4 ايام عمل الا اذا تعثرت شركة الشحن وذلك قلما يحدث – ونحن من جهتنا نؤمن تغليف الجهاز بأفضل طرق التأمين حتي يصل العميل بدون اية تلف
هذا وتتراوح مصروفات الشحن ما بين 40– 150ج علي ما تقرره شركات الشحن المختلفة
والعميل يدفع كامل ثمن الجهاز عند الاستلام
ملحوظة : ربما نطلب من بعض العملاء الجدد دفع مصروفات الشحن مسبقا تأمينا لقيامه باستلام الجهاز

س – كيف يمكنني ان اضمن ان الجهاز الذي سيصلني بالشحن ليس به عيوب ؟
ج – اذا اعجبك جهاز ما علي الموقع تتصل بنا لطلبه فنرسل لك كل الصور للجهاز من كافة الاتجاهات عن طريق الفيسبوك او الواتس اب او الايميل او اي وسيلة اخري حتي اذا اعجبك الحالة المبدئية للجهاز تؤكد الطلب بالتيليفون
فنقوم بشحنه لك مع فاتورة ضمان من الشركة بإختبار الجهاز لمدة11 شهر – واذا ثبت اي عيب او خلل بالجهاز او جاءك بمواصفات مختلفة عن المتفق عليها من حقك ارجاع الجهاز ونحن نتولي مصروفات ارجاع الجهاز في مدة اقصاها 14 يوم من تاريخ الشراء وبعد ذلك يصبح الجهاز ملك لك ولا يتم ارتجاعه ولكن في حالة حدوث مشكلة في فترة الضمان يتم ارجاع الجهاز او تسليمه في اقرب فرع او من خلال مندوبي الشحن او الوسيلة المتفق عليها وذلك لاصلاحه او استبداله بنفس الجهاز وفي حالة عدم وجود نفس الموديل يتم تخيير العميل بين اقرب موديل او ارجاع الجهاز واسترداد المبلغ مع اخذ في الاعتبار سعر السوق

You can purchase directly from our stores, or we can ship the device to you anywhere within Egypt. We work with all shipping companies, and the customer is responsible for covering the full shipping cost based on the rates set by their preferred shipping company.
In the case of shipping, we send the customer full images of the device from all angles through their preferred communication method. If they are satisfied with the device’s condition, they can confirm the order, and we will hand over the device to the shipping company on the same day if possible. The device will be delivered within 2 to 4 business days, unless there is an unexpected delay from the shipping company, which is rare.
We ensure the best packaging and security measures to guarantee that the device reaches the customer without any damage.
Shipping costs range between 40–150 EGP, depending on the shipping company’s rates.
The customer pays the full price of the device upon delivery.
Note: Some new customers may be required to pay the shipping fee in advance as a security measure to confirm the order.
